Terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Krishna Gahlod, who runs OnTrack (ontrack.golash.in) as part of golash. By creating an account you accept them.

Who can use OnTrack

You must be 18 or older. Keep access to your email or Google account secure; you're responsible for what happens in your OnTrack account.

Reminders are a help, not a guarantee

• OnTrack tries to remind you on time, but notifications, emails and Telegram messages can be delayed or blocked by your phone, browser or email provider. Always keep track of your official deadlines and your college's attendance records.
• Attendance numbers in OnTrack are only as accurate as what you mark. Your college's records are what count.
• Dates found by Paste are suggestions. Check them before you add them.

Classes

If you create a class, you're its rep: you decide what's shared and who stays in it, and you're responsible for what you post. Only share material you're allowed to share. Reps can make other members reps, and remove members.

Fair use

Don't misuse the service: no attempts to access other people's data, no spam through classes, no automated scraping, and nothing unlawful. To keep the service free, some features have daily limits. We may suspend accounts or classes that break these terms.

Price

OnTrack is free right now. If we introduce paid features, we'll tell you clearly before anything is charged, and free features you already use won't silently become paid.

Liability

OnTrack is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, such as a missed deadline or an attendance shortage, arising from use of the service.

Ending

You can delete your account at any time from Me → Privacy. We may close the service with reasonable notice, and you'll be able to download your data first.

Law and contact
